Meeting Service

The EventWare Meeting Service is designed for the Meeting Organiser who wants to provide a premium networking opportunity to their clients; enhancing satisfaction and value for their events.

The meeting service is an Internet based meeting scheduling application which allows registered delegates, sponsors or exhibitors to set up meetings directly with one another in real time.

The meeting service is provided on an ASP (application service provider) basis, i.e. a fully hosted and maintained system.

The meeting service can be linked with the EventWare registration system, as well as other online registration systems. Alternatively, the system is able to import correctly formatted user lists.

The system features:

  • Advanced meeting logic, including; propose and confirm, blocking, and suggested meeting times when all proposed attendees have free time slots
  • Hierarchal permission levels
  • Email communication with one, groups or all participants
  • SMS communication with one, groups or all participants (extra cost)
  • Easy to use reporting; by client, room, and open meetings
