• An invitation and confirmation system, as opposed to a general registration system. This system places a custom link into each personalised email invitation. The invited person clicks on the link to respond to the invitation. Since the invited persons details are already held in the database, the response can be as easy as attend/not attend, or any other positive/negitive question
• The reporting system will allow you to manage, provide spreadsheet based reports, and send follow-up emails to the following groups: positives, negatives and non responders
