  • Easy to use web based registration and shopping cart facility with secure multi currency payment engine for taking credit card payments.
  • Registered user form and database which allows for full administrative control.
  • Database export, allowing Organisers to export all registration information into CSV or Excel files.
  • Custom reporting features based on rules provided by BSCOL
  • Receipt and Invoice generation directly for the administration system
  • Integrated administration system so organisers can manage multiple events with the same system.

The Brief

The organisers needed a custom, full featured, but easy to use website for providing information about the event and a web based registration system that included the facility for securely taking credit card payments. BSCOL also required an administrative system that would help them organise and manage the events.

As BSCol runs multiple events in Europe every month, it was critical that the site template and code base be reusable, so it could be quickly applied to new events.

The Solution

Utilising form templates provided by the Organisers, EventWare developers provided a credit card enabled registration site. The site is the main database for the event; the Organisers use it to manage all registration, attendee and payment information..
