The Brief

The client needed to create an online marketing and administrative tool which could support them in delivering this highly complex event.

The Solution

Realising that a more ‘bespoke’ approach was necessary for this multipart event, the EventWare team demonstrated the basic EventWare features and worked with BCO to specify additional custom built functions that would assist in the management of this event.

Utilising CMS (content management system) technology modules we were able to give the client total control over administering conference speakers, their ever changing agendas, delegate bookings and other organisational issues.

A new ‘search’ facility was designed for this ‘content led’ event website to provide visitors with a shortcut to the information they need.
